Happy 89th Birthday Samidare! You will always look like a young lady to me. And you move like one too! While she said it wasn\'t embarassing for panties to be seen when figure dancing... she forgot something important.4K/h.265 DL: iwara.zip; SFW Version: YoutubeThanks for 200 subscribers! And grats to Samidare and Suzukaze on finally getting their own tags!New hair style because as it turns out long flowing hair gets really tangled up while doing spins... could be a serious choking hazard!Original motion: Winning entry of the 3rd MMD cup, 【第3回MMD杯本選】Vocaloid On Ice ~ ミクのICE☆SHOW ~, watch it when Nico comes back (let\'s hope it\'ll be back soon, or even some day...)It was the first video that made me realize MMD could be a really cool thing, especially with the quite limited capabilities back then. (Just read the blog post of the trickery he needed to get spotlights to look right on the ice...) So I wanted it to be remembered more, despite how annoyingly difficult it is to use it with a modern model. Especially when the was designed for a model using a very unusual bone structure and several dozen IK\'s... so eh, at least Samidare can has arm IK now! Might be useful for... later videos. If I ever manage to make that look good. (Too many ideas, too little skill, alas.)And if some of the skating figures look wrong to the trained eye, that will be entirely my fault of inexpertly adapting it to the Samidare model (and/or adapting the model to it...) The center of mass of skater Miku is way off Samidare\'s, probably on account of the freakishly large head models were sporting at that time. Also I had a much more grandiose scene in mind at first, set in a military harbor with their real-life ship versions in the background and using searchlights for illumination, but the scale of those just didn\'t fit and I couldn\'t make it work with the obvious hard deadline coming ever closer. At least this way it doesn\'t detract much from Samidare\'s performance! (is what I tell myself to cope.)
